the lesson was mostly okay, but the pronunciation of “weren’t” sounded strange.. almost like “warent”. Some other teachers pronounced oddly as well.

Thank you for the class this morning - idioms secrets and happiness. To practice- Even though I wanted to keep the surprise under my hat, my colleague couldn’t resist sticking her nose into my plans, ant it turned out she had a skeleton in her closet that she didn’t want anyone to know, making it really none of her business.
