She stays a lowest level at everything at the present; her pronunciation is very hard to listen and just only to read a teachers' manual, and to take too much time to lead the lesson. Furthermore, she insisted to finish the lesson just on the finishing time even during my inputting of dictation. She needs to be trained enough in pronunciation, teaching, lesson leading and customer services, etc.
