Les, thank you for a informative lesson today. Starlink started the service in Japan since 2022. I checked some users' comments. The price is a major concerin among them. Also, as long as you live in a big city in Japan, other internet providers give us the same quality of internet connection as one Starlink offers, so there is no point making a contract with Starlink. But I think the satellite internet by Starlink may be a good option for people who live in a rural area.
